Thao Hayes is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where she received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration in Accounting.
Following graduation, Thao got her first start in the accounting industry as a Staff Accountant for Books-A-Million. She continued her career in the greater Birmingham area working in various public accounting firms as well as large publicly held corporations.
With 20+ years of accounting experience in the public and private sectors, Thao has significant understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, she has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations and individuals -helping them fulfill both long-term and short-term goals.
Thao is married to Brad Hayes. Together, they have two children, Dylan and Kaitlan.
